Vaculex TP - is a unique, brand new vacuum lift specially designed for the express parcel handling type of work. It is extremely versatile and handles a great variety of parcels in size, shape and weight. You attach parcels from any side and rotate either the lift or the load 360 º to fit where needed.
Lifting fast in poor posture does not require heavy weights to cause pain and strain injuries. Vaculex TP is very user-friendly and does not require any training downtime to operate. It is so light and easily managed that working speed and productivity are maintained or in many cases increased, which is usually the contrary when using a lifting aid.
Typical customers within this segment are logistics, transportation, warehouses, mail order and other businesses where frequent, and fast lifting takes place.

Adaption for right or left handed persons Detach the release button and insert into the anchorage point on the opposite side, dependant on if the operator is right or left handed. |

Control lever Attach the suction cup onto the load. When decreasing pressure on the control lever the lift raises. Lower the lift by increasing pressure on the control lever. Without load the lift is raised to its pre-set balancing position. |

Rotating the load The entire control unit with load can be rotated. When the load needs to be twisted into a confined space, rotate the load when the control unit is held stationary. |

Gripping angles The load can be attached from any side. When gripping from the side, angle the suction cup forwards. |

Release button Press the release button and the load will be released. This is useful when you don’t want to wait for the parcel to reach solid support. |

Release the load with the control lever When the control lever is fully depressed the load will be released when it has reached solid support. |
The safe straightforward way to lift
Vaculex is usually powered by an electric pump, but other methods such as compressed air can be used.
We have carried out hundreds of test lifts and documented the results in a lifting force chart. The chart helps your retailer select just the right lifting equipment for you.

Extremely easy to use
The vacuum tube lift works comfortably to match your body movement. Put Vaculex on the object and lift it, move it and put it down. A weight of 200 kilograms can be handled by one person with no effort.
Extremely flexible design
Vaculex is easy to install and is normally mounted on a swinging or overhead traveling crane. The Vaculex system is made up as a modular system which offer excellent combination potential.
Extremely high safety
Vaculex suction feed cups always have the correct dimensions to match the diameter of the lifting tube. If the foot is not firmly attached, the object cannot be lifted. If the vacuum pump stops, an ingenious non-return valve maintains the vacuum to enable the load to be lowered in a controlled manner. For lifts with fixed hooks or certain lifts with suction feed cups, we equip Vaculex with our patented protective valve.
Extremely intelligent investment

Microlex is a flexible complement to big brother Vaculex
The most noticeable difference to Vaculex is Microlex’s one-handed operation. Microlex is also smaller, which means that it can be used where other lifting devices do not reach.
Another difference is Microlex’s electric pumps, which permit a lifted object to hang from the suction foot or hook for an unlimited time. This is very useful when the vacuum tube lift is used as a positioning tool in, for example, static precision work.
All the advantages of Vaculex are found in Microlex
Microlex uses vacuum technology in the same way to attach and lift. Flexibility of the lift is the same, the lift comfortably follows the movement of your arm. Microlex works at least as fast as Vaculex, hence the lifted object is usually lighter than for a Vaculex lift. The smart Vaculex accessories such as the bottom swivel, angled joint, non-return valve and protective valve are also available for Microlex. Safety is the same in both systems.
Microlex takes up even less space than Vaculex, is simple to install and very easy to use.
