NPA Pendant Control Station NPA Pendant Control Station
The NPA pendant station is a control device for all industrial machinery. It operates as an auxiliary controller through a power interface for lifting motors of cranes, hoists and travelling bridge cranes through the use of a contactor or PLC. Designed for heavy duty, NPA is aimed specifically for the industrial market.

NPA series has control-boards ranging from 2 up to 12 push-buttons, and are equipped with contact elements. One, two or three speed switches are available. The emergency stop mushroom pushbutton complies with the EN 418 standard and is equipped with positive opening nc switches.

Both thermoplastic rectangular buttons and round disks are available, the latter mounted on rubber pushbuttons to guarantee protection against dust which may cause the pushbuttons to stick when the equipment is used under particular environmental conditions. Buttons and discs comprise of a moulded two-colour arrangement offering a combination of clear reading of symbols and text with maximum wear resistance. Key operated switches, toggle rotary switches and mushroom switches are also available.

Materials and components are wear resistant and protect the equipment against water and dust and have a very high resistance against rubbing weather and chemicals. All thermoplastic board components are made of self-extinguishing class VO and metal parts are made of stainless steel or of brass alloy.

The pendant station can be customised with labels and colours according to the customer's requirements. Switch elements are of the Slow-Break type, and contact opening is therefore directly related to the speed of the hand action in pressing the button.

The NPA pendant control stations feature an anti-freeze rubber sleeve with variable section at cable entry, which can be mounted vertically or inclined by 20°, allowing the operator to work in a natural and non-tiring position. The central container body houses switch elements and connections, an upper part with operating elements, and a lower casing or covering part.


Alpha Pendant Control Station Alpha Pendant Control Station
The Alpha Pendant Control Station is a control device for all industrial machinery. It operates as an auxiliary controller of electrical motors through a power interface, such as a contactor or PLC. Designed for heavy duty, Alpha is aimed specifically for the industrial market. It is available with 2 to 13 buttons arranged on a double row to allow for pairing of opposite functions and reducing overall dimensions. Alpha has an innovative design, where all graphic elements are linked to specific technical functions. Size and shape, resulting from a thorough analysis of the ergonomic features of the product, combined with the research of a graphic style suitable for a modern industrial environment, make Alpha easy to operate. Alpha has been designed to facilitate wiring and maintenance, thus reducing time for the first installation and saving on costs.

Materials and components are wear resistant and protect the equipment against water and dust. Symbols and lettering on the buttons are made of antireflection polycarbonate printed on the backside, which clears reading and prevents wear. Alpha can be customised with labels and colours according to the customer's requirements. The integrated suspension system keeps the pendant station at an angle of inclination which allows the best view of all control elements, allowing the operator to work in a natural and non-tiring position. It is ideal for all environmental and working conditions due to the extremely reduced overall dimensions and the antislip lines on the enclosure.

The connector is used to connect a flexible cable to the equipment, thus providing technical and economical advantages such as easy maintenance/replacement of the equipment, time saving and availability of wired equipment ready for use. The connector has 26 terminals to crimp that can be used for any function and application of the equipment it is connected to. The mechanic and electric specifications correspond to those of the equipment on which it is assembled and the connector is therefore suitable for any application required by the market. The high technical specifications of the connector components and the easy assembling of its parts ensure long life and reliability.

The space available for the conductors is dimensioned for a 48 x 1.5 mm2 or 30 x 2.5 mm2 cable. All switches have terminals facing the cable clamp of the pendant station and screws on the opposite side to facilitate wiring. All electric connections use screw-type terminals. The emergency stop mushroom pushbutton complies with the EN 418 standard and it is equipped with positive opening nc switches. Alpha is preset for the direct assembly of LCD Displays for various patterns of use, and of electronic cards that replace standard switches.

Charlie Pendant Station is a control device for all industrial machinery. It operates as an auxiliary controller of electrical motors through a power interface, such as a contactor or PLC. Designed for heavy duty, Charlie is aimed specifically for the industrial market.

The look of Charlie has been devised by industrial designers who have linked all the graphic elements to specific technical functions. The project has been developed on the basis of specifications such as technicism, anthropomorphism, futurism and ergonomics to obtain a product whose connotation adds to its uniqueness. The small size of the equipment facilitates its use in all environmental and working conditions, while the shape, resulting from the research of a graphic style suitable for a modern industrial environment, makes Charlie very handy.

A threaded ring is used to secure the enclosure and cover, which also allows easy access to the internal components without any need for tools or screws. The switches are assembled inside the pendant station without the need for screws and they all have terminals facing the cable clamp of the pendant station and screws on the opposite side to facilitate wiring. All electric connections use screw-type terminals.

The pendant station can be customized with labels and colours according to the customer's requirements. Materials and components are wear resistant and protect the equipment against water and dust.

One or two speed switches are available. The emergency stop mushroom pushbutton complies with the EN 418 standard and it is equipped with positive opening nc switches.
